Our original business plan was to create a corporate video production company only, but as our clients needs expanded we diverged!
Not just a team, a family!
Emma’s career began in television working on daytime, live / pre-recorded studio and on-location programmes working as a Producer/Director.
She later worked as a Project Officer and Marketing Manager for a public funded organisation before running an events management company.
She later worked in local radio & education, teaching KS3, KS4 & KS5 as well as University students in Media, Business, English & IT, whilst also appearing as a guest lecturer on occasion.
She has always been at the forefront of training undertaking a CIM course in e-marketing when the internet was in its infancy. Since then Emma has trained on a multitude of marketing courses and software programmes to keep abreast of latest technology & trends.
When asked to create a Corporate Video in 2017 Noisy Eye Ltd was born – as they say the rest is history.
Beginning a successful career infront of the camera, Gareth swapped acting for camera work after working with and being inspired by the UKs very own Danny Boyle.
Working as a broadcast cameraman for MUTV for 12 years, Gareth gained experience working on studio and outside broadcast productions in Sport, such as Football, Rugby, Cricket, Basketball, Motor Racing, E-Sports & Athletics, Water Polo, & Horse Racing.
Gareth has had the privilege of filming Queen Elizabeth II and government officials when filming for BBC News.
In addition, he has worked on panel shows such as Question Time & reality shows such as ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Outta Here’.
Beyond this he has trained in web design, developing the R2M Ltd website in 2018, amongst others. Gareth continues to be our ideas man whilst working on his portfolio career.
